Brent Gardner Design

Here is a look at architecture work I have done on my own for local contractors and businesses.
Ski Mt. Eustis Summit Tow
- Littleton, NH

Designed an affordable, efficient 2 story building that houses the ski tow machine for the mountain and the tow operator. Design focused on fitting ski tow machine in a ground floor space that allowed it to be fixed easily without creating a large space and having a space high enough for the tow operator to see down the entire grade of the hill for emergencies.Project is currently in the final stages of construction and should be finished by Winter 2016 Ski Season.

Crosstown Motors Addition -
Littleton, NH

I designed this additon for Crosstown Motors as an expansion of their existing shop area for a new venture in their auto repair business. To efficiently work on larger work vans and trucks they needed a larger lifts, doors, and higher ceilings. The space was designed to optimize that kind of repair with a mezzanine level that didnt encroach too far in on the open area up to the ceiling but could house compressors and lift equipment and leave open space below to work on the vehicles. As part of this addition additional flat asphalt area was cut out of the existing terrace behind the dealership to allow stocking more cars.

Pollyanna Vista (Littleton Riverfront Project) -
Littleton, NH

The Pollyanna Vista, which is one section of the larger Littleton Waterfront Renovation project I'm involved with, is comprised of a gateway area that compliments the umbrella art installation already in the walkway between building and deck area that overlooks the Ammonoosuc River.

While the design might change before the installation, the rendering was meant to give the town a glimpse at what the gateway and vista deck could look like to get the town to budget for this project.

Family Kitchen Renovation

This past Spring, I did a kitchen renovation for a small house of 4, 2 parents 2 kids. Since one was just out of college and the other was going into her 2nd year of college, the parents wanted a new look for their kitchen/dining room area with an opportunity to allow the light to enter the kitchen area from the dining area and an overall updated look.

Ulricson House

This was a pretty straight forward addition to an old house of a former Vietnam War Marine in Lisbon, NH.  He wanted to the addition to create a seperate new entrance to the house from his driveway and also a seperate larger living room so his current living room could be renovated into an office. This serves as a decent idea of the smaller renovation projects I do.
